What financing options are available?
We offer multiple financing options to suit your budget. These include in-house financing directly from the developer with flexible payment terms, bank financing through our partner banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and others), and Pag-IBIG Fund housing loans for qualified members. Our team will help you determine the best option and guide you through the entire application process.
Can I visit the property site?
Absolutely! We encourage all prospective buyers to schedule a free site tripping. We offer guided site visits Monday through Saturday where our agents will personally show you the property, model units, amenities, and surrounding area. You can schedule a visit by filling out the form above and selecting your preferred date, or by calling us directly. We can also arrange transportation from our office in Binan City.
What documents do I need to prepare?
To reserve a unit, you will need to prepare the following: two valid government-issued IDs (with photo and signature), proof of income such as a Certificate of Employment or latest Income Tax Return (ITR), Tax Identification Number (TIN), and the reservation fee. For Pag-IBIG financing, additional documents like your Pag-IBIG Member's Data Form (MDF) and proof of Pag-IBIG contributions are required. Our team will provide a complete checklist based on your chosen financing option.
How long is the buying process?
The timeline depends on the property status and financing option. For Ready-for-Occupancy (RFO) units with in-house financing, the process can be completed in as fast as 2-4 weeks from reservation to move-in. Bank financing typically takes 4-8 weeks for loan processing and approval. Pre-selling units allow you to spread payments over the construction period, usually 2-4 years, before turnover. Our team will keep you updated at every step of the process.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes, ALTA Realty Corp provides comprehensive after-sales support even after turnover. This includes assistance with title transfer and documentation, coordination with the developer for any warranty claims or deficiency corrections, help with utility connections (electricity, water, internet), and guidance on property management. We believe our relationship with homeowners extends well beyond the purchase, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your new home.
